So a friend of mine told me about this awesome kickstart program and I really want to share my journey with you, everyday! It is a 21-Day vegan diet program for vegetarians looking to transition to vegan or for people who eat meat to investigate the vega lifestyle and start to feel great and lose weight to! With this program, they send you so many helpful & motivating tools such as webcast's, diet plans, phone calls, articles and so much more! The best thing about this program, I think, is that they plan out your entire diet, everyday, every meal and also make a grocery shopping list that allows you to purchase everything you will need for the dish's! Now of course you will need to go to the store more than just once ... this is 21 day program! :) I am already, almost vegan but I am excited to try all these new awesome recipes and encourage you to join me!
