Bets! Thanks for commenting, please follow my blog! Millet is good and can be cooked several different ways! I promise I could make it and you might enjoy it alittle more.. piping hot n' all! :)
I know its a grain and is an option for people following a "gluten free" diet but that's about it. In what form do you buy it and prepare it? I'm always willing to try out new things!
You can find it in the rice or grain section of most grocery stores. Your best bet would be to go to a health food store or whole foods and ask them for it. You cook it just like rice by bringing water to a boil but you can use it for alot of things! look at this recipe. http://www.nutritionmd.org/recipes/view.html?recipe_id=445
I know what millet is and ate it when I lived in Africa. The kind I ate was grainy and gray, and always piping hot! Can't say I loved it. :)
